Luann's Ministry Experience

I have loved serving as a pastor's wife since 1983. When I was younger, I loved leading youth ministries and teaching Sunday School, and for nearly 20 years I led jr. and sr. high school ministries in AWANA. I have served on the Board of the Network of Evangelical Women in Ministry (NEWIM), a non-profit organization committed to strengthening, encouraging and equipping women in ministry for over 30 years and in 2017, I became the President. I currently co-lead a semi-annual retreat for women called The Springs, and speak at womens’ retreats.

My husband, Kevin, attended Dallas Theological Seminary from 1978-1983. He served as the senior pastor of Redeemer Covenant Church in Downey, California for 15 years. In 1997, we moved to San Jose, CA, where we are currently serving the congregation of New Life Covenant Church.
